“I eat junk food, cheesecake, cheese, pizza, but just lower amounts of it,” JWoww said at an event to promote GNC’s Ab Cuts diet supplements.
Farley works out five days a week for up to two hours per session doing 30 to 60 minutes of cardio exercise on the elliptical trainer, treadmill or StairMaster followed by weight training.
“My boyfriend trains me,” says JWoww. “He’s a big bodybuilder.”
Farley, who lost 20 pounds in three months, also dramatically overhauled her diet to include protein shakes, salads and chicken or tuna.

Now that the relevance of Jersey Shore may be fading, Jwoww is evolving. She’s rolling with the punches, reinventing herself into a classy lady. She finally scrubbed off the spray-tan and now goes for a less-is-more make-up look that pairs well with her still sexy, but more classy, rags. She used to show up in dresses made out of ripped thong bikinis, and now she’s wearing sleak dresses that accentuate her curves without letting it all hang out.
Jwoww always seemed like a smart cookie (she’s a much different person in interviews than she is on the show), and she’ll probably come out of this who Jersey Shore thing just fine. The other cast members? Only time will tell.
